Wild Goose Festival

My wife and I used to camp - A LOT.  But once we had our first child, we were hesitant to take young children into the wild, and told ourselves that we would wait until they were old enough to handle it.  Well that time has long since passed with our youngest now 8 it is time to venture into nature again.  We will start gently though by camping at a music festival here in our home state of NC.

The venue, Wild Goose Festival.  We are very much looking forward to it.  We've bought a new tent and all new camping gear stuff for the occasion.  I'm anxious to see how my tech addicted kids will adapt to not having minecraft and all things electronic at hand 24/7.   Stay tuned!

Putting up a new family pool. It will be nice when it is ready to go. Bit of a PITA at the moment though.

Lego Universe Details

Here are details that I've been looking for regarding Lego Universe, the new MMO built around Legos.

Apparently the DVD allows up to four profiles but only one person can play at a time.  so kids will have to share.  NetDevil the publishers of the game, say they are working on a Family Pack, but are having some issues trying to prevent people from scamming the system.
